We dnesday kickboxing at 7.30 followed by MMA at 8.30

Tonight we have no gi bjj @ 7.30 followed bi Gi @ 8.30

Tonight we have juniors from 5.30 then adult BJJ & Judo

Tonights classes from 7.30 BJJ and Judo

tonight we have bjj gi and no gi classes
