Virus Lockdown

As we move into week 10 of Lockdown hands up all you grapplers is your body feeling good. To be honest after 2 weeks of complete rest things started to change for me. No longer is my neck crunching, my shoulder had stopped clicking & tennis elbow has completely gone. Fingers now move without pain, constant ache in my hip has gone, back feels really loose & can now squat without pain in knees. Ankle has stopped cracking & ball of foot pain free. But like a lot of you it's doing my head in not being on the mats. Wont be long to go
