Judo BJJ Thursday nights

Every Thursday for the last 4 weeks in the BJJ class we've been warming up by drilling Ippon Seoi Nage (one arm shoulder throw). We do this for 20 mins. We've got another 4 weeks to go and everyone is looking good. As a coach this makes me happy but even happier when they start looking better than me.
